I hope you all enjoy the new pictures.

I'm so sorry I havent updated my blog in a while but the baby doesnt like me to be on the computer. We have had alot going on the past month. We ended up having jasons family over for thanksgiving at the last minute, his dad came down with the flu so there were 17 people here at my house. It all worked out great and I think everyone had a good time. Kennedy has changed so much in only 2 months. She is smiling alot more and making noises. She went to her 2 month appt and she now weighs 11 lbs 2 oz and the doc wouldnt tell me her length becasue he doesnt ever think the measurments are accurate. She had her shots and did really well for them but then started screaming when I had to put her clothes back on her. Last night we went to temple square and saw the lights, she did really good because she slept the entire time. Then we wnt and saw the lights at the zoo and that was really fun. They have these 3D glasses you can buy and when you look at the lights they have snowmen around them. Then we finished up the night with dinner at Ruths Diner. Kennedy is getting blessed today so we are preparing for 26 people to come over afterwards for a dinner get together. I will try to keep this updated better but here are some pics and I hope you enjoy them.

My how time flies by

I can't belive how fast the time goes by. It has already been 1 month since Kennedy was born. At her 2 week appointment she was up to 7lbs. That is up from her leaving the hospital at 5lbs 13oz. She has had such a busy month. First her aunt Keri came in town and all the girls went up and stayed a night in Heber, (yes it was her first night away from her dad) and then we had family pictures taken with my family at Wheeler Farm and she was actually awake for them and then last she celebrated Halloween and was so cute as an itsy bitsy spider. She and her cousin Harley got their pictures taken in their costumes and they are so cute together.

Here is Kennedy!!

So I know it has taken a while for me to post pictures of her but our computer is downstairs and I havent been able to go up and down stairs until now. So we had her on Oct 1st at 12:40 pm. She was 6 lbs and 8 oz and 19 inches long. She is so tiny and when we left the hospital she was 5 lbs and 13 oz. She is such a good baby and actually sleeps for about 5 hours straight during the night. She never cries unless she is hungry and that isnt even that bad of a cry. We all adore her and cant get enough of her we just sit and stare at her. Everyone was so against me getting a c section and let me tell you it is not that bad at all and it is nothing like people described it to be. I am able to move around just fine and bend over and pick things up and I am feeling great.

3 weeks to go!!!!!

Today we had our 36 weeek doctor visit and everything is looking just great. The doctor let us schedule our delivery date, he would let us go 1 week out so we will be having our baby Kennedy on October 1st unless I happen to go into labor before that, but I am not holding my breath.

Lake Powell

Over Labor Day weekend we spent half our time at the lake and the other half of the weekend at Kims house in Cedar City. When we arrived to the lake on saturday it was great weather during the day and it poored at night. Keep in mind I am due in 5 weeks and I am camping in a tent. The next morning it was overcast and when we decided to take down camp it started to poor. We threw everything in the boat and took off across the lake back to the dock. I thought I was going to go into labor. The rain didnt stop and we were all soaked along with all our stuff we had with us, so we threw it in the car and headed back to Cedar city. we had quite a mess to clean up when we got back. We had to set up all the tents to dry them out aswell as our sleeping bags. Lincoln Learned how to knee board and got up on his first try as well as water skiing. Trae learned how to surf behind the boat and did really well at that too. We all had a blast.

First day of school for the boys

Here is a picture of Lincoln on his first day of 4th grade.

Cruise To Mexico

Here is a picture of all of us in Mazatlan in front of Senor Frogs. We also had a blast driving around in this dune buggy around town.

Here is a pic of me and Jason at the deck party on our cruise. It was one of the best nights on the ship and great food and dancing, which I dont do but love to watch other people.

Pictures of our house

Here are some pics of our family room, kitchen, living room and Kennedys room which we are just waiting on the crib to complete it.

Heise Hot Springs

My family loves coming here every summer to spend time golfing, swimming and camping. Here is a pic of Jason and the boys at the golf course. It is such a great course becuase it is easy enough for me and the kids since we arent that great but we have a blast.
